Owner and pizza chef Vasu fell in love with pizza-making over 15 year ago while working at a pizzeria in New York. He brought that passion to New Zealand and joined Capizzi when it opened in 2014. In 2016, he proudly took over the business.
Vasu is dedicated to serving Rotorua the best authentic Italian pizzas. His favourite? The Capizzi – a delicious mix of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onion, capsicum, and olives.
